2-What is your reason as to why you want to lead in this particular organization?
(i)
I want to lead the SAHP because myself working in SAHP throughout a term with my full dedication and with my knowledge whether working as a Trooper or Commander also from my past memories I felt that the work of SAHP is mainly based on the Highways, Ghetto Patrol, and high pressure situations like hostage situation etc, and I don't want to lead for the power or rank, I want to lead because I truly like this type of Roleplay during my journey and I'm pretty sure that I will the SAHP more active and with full seriousness.

(ii) I think, I'm capable for leadership because I follow rules properly, and I have learn the value to being as a Junior or Senior, as from my personal knowledge that a leader is not the one who give's order, also the one who supports their team while they are confused or demotivated, and I'll try to be calm in pressure situations or panic. and one of my quality to communicate with other people in a polite way while taking a interview or giving them training and while telling there mistakes.

(iii)
This inspires me to take a leadership with my goals throughout the term by increasing the discipline, or wheather respecting the Chain of Command to every individual and performs the events more organized I want SAHP to be most respected and disciplined with correct procedures and no toxicity among the state or crime and I try to make the environment strict and organized and also friendly so people love to stay in the org throughout the term.

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.

(i)
To improve the roleplay level in the organization the first mandatory thing is HR should recruit a knowledged people who are aware of the basic knowledge of the server so there will be less rule breaks in the server too. not just a formality by filling the logs correct and getting active even if we have atleast 10 member's active they should have basic knowledge of server and specially the high command's of the organization also know the correct procedure of the situations.

(ii)
Second Advic-e is to organize the Ghetto Patrol, or any further situation not boring or silent I meant not a boring RP. UB Driving, PG or any kind of OOC Punishment, random shooting or should be fully stopped or whenever If someone do mistake in RP or while following procedure usually the high command give strike to them but I'll teach them their mistake nicely and not by giving blacklist, strike or demotion means not by insulting. So that, Trooper will not be incorrect in the department, or while communicating in the radio by incorrect radio codes or any other thing.

(iii) Last Advice is mine is the (favouritism) that's a major concern in every organization see from my side with favouritism there is not a single organization that dosen't do favouritism as if the leader dosen't do the favouritism so the high commands will perform how we can find so I will be dedicated into that as we cant finish the 100% favourtism in the organization that is impossible because there will be one unit in a group like a "rotten apple" who will leave but throughout this their will be be bodycam/pov of every unit weather he is a Commander or a Trooper so I'll try to make this level of favouritism down from my side and I will try to do PR event's daily in my term that I promise wheather with citizen's or a prizepool among my troppers for "trooper of the week" or any fun activity.
