Hello,
I noticed that my account was penalized because I purchased a Battle Pass for my main account using my secondary account. I was not aware that this was against the rules, and I had absolutely no malicious intent. My only intention was to make a purchase for my own account.
I also opened a support ticket this morning, but since it has not been resolved yet, I had to submit this request again. I’ve seen that a new Battle Pass has been released, and I would like to continue playing actively. For this reason, I kindly ask for forgiveness and request that my situation be reviewed once more.
If I violated any rule, I assure you it was completely unintentional, and I will strictly follow all guidelines from now on. I would greatly appreciate your help in restoring access to my account.
