Dear Grand RP Administration Team,
I am writing to appeal the recent ban placed on my account,[413226]).
I understand that the system flagged my account for Account Sharing, which is a violation of the server rules. I want to assure you that I have not shared my account with anyone.
The reason for the change in IP address/PC hardware is that my old personal computer became permanently damaged and is no longer operational. I was forced to purchase and switch to a new PC to continue playing. The account login from this new, different computer is what triggered the security flag for account sharing.
• Old PC Status: Damaged/Dead.
• New PC Status: My current, sole machine for playing Grand RP.
I sincerely apologize for the confusion this has caused. I have reviewed the rules and understand the importance of maintaining account security. I would be grateful if you could investigate my login history to confirm that the change in hardware corresponds with the death of my old machine.
I am the sole owner and user of this account, and I value my time and progress on the Grand RP server. I respectfully request that you lift the ban after confirming this explanation.
