2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

I should be the Leader of NG as I am hardworking, kind and productive. I started my legal career from NG as an Private and have jumped rank to High command in the Last term. I have really good experience and know how to handle an organization. Let me explain my plan for NG in detail :

- I have good communication with my partners and fellow soldiers.
- As a Leader I have good management skills and I am open for suggestions.
- Have good creative ideas for the organization. I am Honest and will accept mistakes
- I contribute and I am team person. It is also important to have a vision and my vision is to make this term the best ever
- As an organization leader it is important to have commitment and I will complete all my duties.

TARGETS

- Getting a least 80 + members in NG by 2 weeks.
- Doing regular MP checks, Special operations and Investigations
- Making this term the best term in NG history
- We will be Hosting regular training process with FIB,LSPD,SAHP and GOV
- Regular training outside base with our soliders.
- Enforcing roadblocks on places where crime has increased.

3) Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

When I start as a Leader I will be implementing strict rules for every solider in the organization, as Rp is very important for each organization.


- In my leadership ranks are gonna be very serious. The low ranks are gonna have seperate duties whereas the medium ranks are gonna do more duties.
- We are gonna Introduce Regiments where after training all soliders will be alloted regiments.
- Army's duty is to keep army base safe and go for only operations that are meant to be for NG. In my Leadership each solider is gonna do all army duties and go in city only when allowed by High Commands.
- We will have regular Military police activities, like conducting undercover operations and investigations.
- We are gonna enforce strict US Marshall service, in which all the criminals, witnesses, victim's will be granted protection till the court case is complete.
- We are gonna introduce Navy Six Seals which would do special operations daily.
- Always keeping the Gates secured and protected by all the NG force.
- Doing Globals weekly and attending all events.
