Rejected server glich

I was at Autofair trying to put my car (Mammoth HUM EV) (2.3m state value) up for sale, and someone was triying to stole it but I didn’t see anyone near it, but after a while I got a message saying my car had been stolen in green zone.
i was there i did change graphic setting to low and high many time but still i could not see my car and it was being stolen right there how was i supposed to save it if i can not see the car if i get the 10% of state value it would be good
