1. I want to make SAHP the best organization because i have seen it been pretty dead when it comes to events and etc i want to make SAHP active again and prove to other orgs SAHP is good as them
2. I want people to stop being afraid and hesitant to join SAHP. We want everyone with potential to feel accepted and secure enough to join our team. Because people think SAHP is boring but i will make it fun for everyone so people want to join
3. I will make sure the organization runs smoothly to prevent any warns or verbal's because i have never been leader before and i want to be leader to run a fun smooth organization where everyone can have fun.
4. Teamwork, equitable promotions, active operations, and a welcoming yet professional work atmosphere will be my top priorities as SAHP's leader.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. I will Arrange daily meetings with my High commands to see what we can improve on and how each department is doing to see who's active and who isn't active and to discuss with HR how proper training works when it comes to training.
2. Work closely with NG, FIB, and LSPD to develop skills, conduct specific training, and conduct joint tactical operations.
3. Help lower level employees by providing guidance and support through Internal Affairs and HR
4.Oversee highway patrols and public operations to give residents a realistic and polished role-playing experience
