1. I been a Leader already and understand all the Responsibility's For a leader. It takes a lot for a Leader to know what they are doing and find a Path that they can know what they fit in. When I was Deputy/Leader I always made sure everyone in the Server was having fun and stayed up 24/7 Hours of my day making sure all the Time Zones of Grand RP was having Fun and it wasn't only Night time. Bloods is a Gang that needs to be Leadership by a Strong Leader by doing events, Taking over ghetto, Doing events, And Just making Gang RP fun.
2. I have been playing Grand RP for 4 Years and with my skills in everything I know in and out of the server. Every single event I always held is to make sure all the New people get a new experience and is not the Same thing over and over again. I want Gang RP to have Fun between LEOs and Gang. Of course I want to show everyone being a Leader is not only being punished but to always Create New memories for the server itself and all the Players
3. Bloods Street gang will come Stronger and ever and I will make sure my Self. This will be the Greatest Term Grand RP has ever Seen.

1. Getting 100% turf Season
2. Focused on Teamwork and Great Roleplay
3. Doing a lot of RP scenarios
4. Joining every single Event
5. Giving Bonuses if we win events
6. Making sure everyone follows the rules
7. Getting max Spray profits every hour
