Additional information
1. Leader of the Los Santos Police Department

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
a. LSPD Connection and History
I want to be leader of LSPD because it is the department that shaped my entire experience in the city. It was the first organization I joined when I flew in back in 2021. I served under people like: Lucas Soul, Ali Anonymous, Bob Vestri, Xen Luciano. And I kept returning to LSPD even after working in other agencies. I have held many roles within LSPD from: Assistant Chief, COS, HOD, and DHOD over the years. And my time within the city of Los Santos has been centered heavily around the HRT department. I want to become leader to give back to the community and build a strong connection without our civilians.

b. Structure and Consistency
I believe that past terms have struggled with direction and consistent standards within LSPD. Departments operated without clear expectations or accountability, and activity was mostly a hit or a miss. I want to bring stable structure to every department and make sure each one understands its responsibilities in order for the, to operate at a standard that fits the cities requirements. All officers within my LSPD will be required to join at least one department after finishing their initial training. High command will be held to real expectations and will be responsible for setting the example for the troops.

c. Standards and Professionalism
I personally have a long history with the laws of the state. I have passed the law exam a couple of times now and have worked as a lawyer before returning full time to LSPD. With that background, I take enforcement and professionalism seriously. I want officers who care about improving the city and about creating quality RP scenarios. Promotions will be based only on merit, and activity will matter. My goal is to bring in officers who are motivated, skilled, and committed. Not ones that are here for a rank.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:
a. Training and Scenario Commitment
I personally believe that training needs to be a major priority. Many officers struggle with different scenarios because they never had structured guidance, or they never experienced the scenario before. I want HRT and other departments to run regular sessions on situations like hostage situations, ATM robberies, and daily events. Officers will be expected to commit fully to each scenario. Anyone who refuses to take RP seriously will be corrected and punished accordingly. I want units to use the environment they are into their benefit and keep every call meaningful. Protecting our beautiful city at all costs!

b. Chain of Command and Teamwork
A reliable chain of command is one of the strongest parts of any successful term. I saw how well it worked during the Lucas Souls, and Sergio Saints terms when everything fit together like pieces of a puzzle. I want departments to train with each other and understand how to operate as one team. Professionalism will be required at all times, especially from high command.
