Hello Admins,

I need some help regarding an IP block that suddenly showed up today. Till yesterday I was playing normally without any issue, but when I tried to join today I got this message:

YOUR IP IS BLOCKED
Admin Name: Lebron_Pluxury
Reason: Blacklist #100 by Mazhor
Date of blocking: 01.04.2024 15:53
Account ID: 99675

The confusing part is that I have been playing since 2024 without any block at all. If this blacklist was really active from April 2024, then I should not have been able to play for almost 1 year and 8 months — but I was playing regularly, including yesterday.

So this looks like some kind of mistake or maybe my IP got matched incorrectly.

I request you to please check:

• if this blacklist actually belongs to my account/IP
• if the block was applied wrongly
• and to remove it if it’s an error

I have always followed server rules and I haven’t received any recent punishments. I believe this is just a system issue.

Please help me fix this as soon as possible. I can provide any details if needed.

Please check this with your ISP, and you can make a new complaint if the problem still persists.​
