I was minding my own business taking care of my solar panels when a guy came trying to take them, i asked him to leave didnt do anything I started punching him to kill him and make him forget these existed and he pulled a gun, I continued punching him until he died and a few minutes later he came back, RKed me and stole my panel, my second video proof was made a few minutes after the first ended so i couldnt have gone there, taken my battery and make it look like he stole it. HE STOLE IT BECAUSE HE RKed ME. I DEMAND ALL 4 BATTERIES SINCE THEY WERE OBTAINED BY RULEBREAKING AS WELL AS THE PUNISHMENTS FOR THE RULEBREAKERS

In 00:00 I explain that Im going back not to kill him but to confirm that he stole my battery.
In 01:41 I come back to realise he stole it.

Upon reviewing all evidences, I have decided to Accept this report.

ID 14046 will receive punishments for General rule 6.15, breaking New Life Rule (NLR), Revenge killing.
[General Rule 6.15 - No RP involved and even if he had IC reason to come over there, I did not hear any demands before pointing gun and then when he started punching (POV #3)
Breaking NLR - He came back to same situation again after he was finished due to timer. (POV #1)
Revenge killing - Came back to kill person who killed him.(POV #1)]

ID 7879 and 9371 will receive punishment for General Rule 6.15
(General Rule 6.15 - No RP involved before shooting, not even a single talk)

However,
ID 23087 will also receive punishments for Genral rule 6.15, Powergaming, breaking New Life Rule (NLR), Fear RP, Unrealistic behavior(UB).
(General Rule 6.15 - No RP involved and Leave or die is not considered RP demand
Powergaming - Punching during gunfight
Breaking NLR - You went back to same situation when you were finished by that person. Doesn't matter why you went back, you still broke NLR.
Fear RP #1 - You saw that he was pointing at you from distance and still you decided not to move.
UB and Fear RP #2 - 1 person was actively shooting you, 2 persons were aiming guns and you decided to get out and get you panel.)

ID 14232 will receive punishment for Powergaming
