Bloods Street Gang
Fotalio OmertaaPinguin from a small Familly living in ghetto , he had 4 brothers , he was only watching the streets destroy his brothers .
One day he woke up to the sound of his mother crying For reason, one of his brothers died as a result of an officer . Here everything gonna change , Fotalioo he go to the ghetto streets and he start began painting graffiti "Blood Street" which signified loyalty and , This means that the war against leos has begun. Through graffiti, the ghetto has become red and Fotalio has become famous. , so fotalio creat a gang with name (Bloods Street Gang) with 3 deputies ,Yes, they are his brothers. They came to scare everyone after a long silence, so everyone joined them because they knew that Bloods with Fotalioo would be the best gang in city and would leave everyone crying.
The Bloods Street Gang is the most dangerous gang in the city because they always take Leos and citizens hostage and show a lot of activity to get loot (Fz Raid) and participate in other events to get money (informer and car theft). The Bloods Street Gang is the gang that makes Leos more attentive to making citizens safe, but they do not guarantee it , Also, Fotalio (the Bloods Leader) is the one who always protects his gang members from getting arrested by bribing corrupt officers.
What about the other gangs Bloods its in good relation with anyone who opposes Leos, and Fotalio is friend with all the gang leaders like Los Santos Vagos Leader , East Side Ballas Leader, and The Families Leader . So he helps them with anything they need.

And here was the black day. Fotalio was leading a hostage situation, and he was taking an important officer as a hostage, which made all of leos come to protect him. Then Fotalio began negotiating to exchange the hostage for money, but after doing that, leos were taking good positions, and some of them were in the mountains. When the fighting started, they shot Fotalio in the legs first to arrest him, and they did , This is what caused Fotalio to disappear for some months and leave his brothers to do his work .
Revenge
A few months after the Black Day, Fotalio wasn't in prison at all, but in another city. He had bribed a corrupt officer to get out. Fotalio returned wearing a penguin mask, observing all activities. He later informed his brothers that he is fotalio but kept it secret from his members. His deputies (his brothers) make a meeting with another gang to announce their new leader. Fotalio began forging new alliances with other gangs and working to regain the bloods as the best gang in city , and he did .
Fotalio with the other gangs leaders Families Siyan Fedorov , Vagos Abdu Federal and Ballas Levi Dane start plaining to attack the capital when every gang member gonna be available to take the governor and the deputy governor as a hostages that after attaking the capital .
Attack
Fotalioo OmertaaPinguin with other gangs started planning for the attack on capital and did:
1. They ordered many Lockpicks set, bag for head, handcuffs, and Drill Machines from the darknet.
2. They reinforced gang cars with steel. And they upgraded the suspension system.
3. There are very good marksmen in the gang, they bought Heavy Snipers for all of them.
4. They hired a person and sent him to the city hall to spy.
5. For hours and days, they watched the city hall from afar and gathered information.
6. Loading all equipments in trunks, Taking extra guns, Heals and many other stuff with truks.
7. They will keep the hostages in 2 different rooms with 5 gang members in each room and lock the doors
Request
1. Approval for the attack.
2. Need assistance of Higher level admin to remove green zone.
3. An admin who constantly protects us from people trying to troll us.
4. Governor, Deputy Governor and must be at Capital including some Leo's.
5. Permission to make people get on knees, instead of only hands up.
