Hello! Admin team i was near the Parking 16, there were few people having a party with Hookah and i just joined them for fun.. then after that idk what happened i just got a warned + 180min jail but as per GR 3.3 All players must be able to communicate in English and IC chat must be English only.(Other languages may be used in private only if everyone who can see has agreed to it.) | Mute 120 min

i thought it was a wrong decision by admin so please remove my warn and jail time so that i can play and if there is a mistake from my side then Sorry for that.
