Approved Metagaming, Corruption without Bio | 47579, 348661

I was in the middle of arresting an agent, when 348661 came from nowhere to assist. He then placed me in cuffs and let the agent under arrest go. 47579 had no way of communicating this as he was muted which causes me to believe metagaming did happen here.
