Life Story :-
Haruko Dhaliwal comes from the USA and spent his childhood with his parents in Brixton, a rough area. Because of the environment surrounding him, Haruko preferred to be indoors and thus grew into an introverted kid who spent most of his time playing video games alone.
Everything changed when both of Harukos parents tragically lost their lives in a hit-and-run accident. It was then that haruko decided to turn his life around. He moved to Los Santos in hopes of a fresh start and began trying to make friends wherever he could.
However, the memories of his past and the chaotic lifestyle of Los Santos eventually turned him back into a homebody. He seldom left his house unless he was working. Over time, he made a number of friends and grew closer to his best friend, Nauman Scar. The two would roam the city on duty or off, dreaming one day that they would make something big out of their lives.
Career Story:-
After deciding Haruko needed to make a life for himself, he decided to join an LEO organization, starting off at LSPD. Haruko started to get his life together and gradually became more friendly with people. But it was not long-lasting; Haruko decided that LSPD was just not the organization for him. He hated it there, standing gates all day. It wasn't for him. So he took a break and decided that LSPD may be for him because of their different range of departments. He applied. And in turn, he was accepted for an interview, aced the interview, and completed all training. Haruko loved LSPD ; every day is a different day. Haruko loves busting crime, especially when they are least expecting it; hence, Haruko is on track to become one of, if not the best, undercover police officers Los Santos has ever seen in its history!
Outcomes:-
1) Haruko can make an offer for bribes up to 100k and illegal items by becoming LEO hostage. (With proper RP reasons)
2) Haruko can initiate Jailbreaks using pen drives with viruses in exchange for money [100K maximum].
3) Haruko can refuse to show his id and passport to any citizen or Law binding officer.
4) Haruko can lie/deny about a lawyer if a suspect requests it.
5) Haruko can detain any one on a false charge and then demand a bribe or their weapons in exchange for release. (100k max and with proper RP)
6) Haruko can search suspects for their bodycams, and destroy them by smashing them on the ground. (using /try only 2 times per situation)
7) Haruko can use and carry drugs, cocaine and illegal weapons on/off duty.
8) Haruko can kill others and rob others off duty in and out of ghetto (outside of ghetto if they don't follow demands only)
