2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

1. I want to become leader of this organization because I think I’ve got enough experience to handle the organization and maintain a full term or two. Also, I have good experience in Federal Investigation Bureau. Secondly, I have a good experience in legal organization apart from FIB from some past terms as a high command & Deputy in almost of the state organization and I have that leadership skills which FIB needs in the new director.

2.My main priority as a leader is to see FIB members play realistically and have nice interactions. I will therefore enforce regulations strictly so as to avoid any possible problems. and What I want most of all is a dynamic and inspiring atmosphere in the FIB. Indeed, I believe that encouraging positive role-playing experiences will improve role-play across the city.

3. ⁠I would like to see all FIB members become professional, respectful and disciplined when they are on duty. By making sure that our interaction stands upon the principles of fairness and respect, the FIB will be able to gain an excellent reputation and become a trustworthy partner in the city on behalf of others. I see the FIB being an effective force that is respected and assists the government and the citizens.


3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.

The main challenge for me is the night shift, so I will hire individuals for that shift and ensure that we are active at Night.
FIB is actively involved in night events such as Bank Protection, ACC, Subs, Gang Raid, Black Market Raid and so on.
promotions are only given to hardworking and deserving Agents.
in my term FIB will provide continuous support to the state organizations, developing a good relationship with each state organization present.
everyone receives their bonuses on time, which will help in creating an good environment within Agents and allow them to perform their duties on time.
PR events to create a fun and engaging environment for our employees will be done on time.
I will also try to do 30 raids in 30 days and if everything goes well, I will go for second term for sure.
