2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)


i.) I am working In Li more then 1 years, most of the time I was associated with the Ads and HR team, but in the past few months I have learned and gained good knowledge about the work of the Creative and journalism departments as a high command.

ii.) Since I have worked on the terms of many leaders and have been inspired by their leadership skills and methods of running the terms, I want to use my ideas for Lifeinvader.
position to actually make those changes.

iii) I can handle every situation very calmly and I have been associated with Lifeinvader for the maximum time during my journey in this city, so I am sure that I am ready and sufficiently experienced to run this dynamic organization of the city as a leader.


3.) Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.

i) I will put every department equal importance. The Ads team will have enough members to make sure no ad is delayed and quality stays too. In Journalism team, We will post articles regularly also focusing on event coverage and interviews. And in the Creative team, we will make sure everyone gets chance to show their skill, creativity and decision

ii) I will try my best to bring some new and exciting events that citizens enjoy taking part in and employees enjoy putting together. will do specify event for org employee so they can enjoy also and can win prizes

iii) I will discuss with all HC,s to put together simple, clear guides for each department, so we can work together like a team and everyone know their work properly

iv) HR department not working as before, and I believe I can help fix this and make it better. will improve HR department by creating new HR test.

v) will try each and every rules will written and understood so employee can find it and it will easier to do their work

vi) There are few things to change and have to update. so i will work on that too
