Hello, Administrators.
I hope you are all well. I received a Fail RP penalty, and I don't know what I did wrong. I simply entered an event with Ballas, and when a group of police arrived, my friends gave them the demands. They then fired shots over the radio. I gave them the demands, and when the rest of the police arrived, as you can see, they said over the radio, "Fire! Fire!" I want to send a message that they gave them the demands, and when my friends said, "Fire!"Without making any demands

As I have said before, shooting is fine but a proper RP must be conducted and not just demand and shoot!
