1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I have been RPing out since 3 years with a break in between and have gained alot of experience in both crime and state organisations. Not only this I have alot of experience in family management and great understanding of all server rules and different factions in the project. After having this whole experience I want to try going in the administration team and gain experience there.

Good Communication, Logical Thinking, Patient listener, Innovative Thinking and Leadership experience in both state and crime.
4. What are your weaknesses?
Over friendly with strangers, trust issues.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I bring a complete understanding of both sides of RP i.e. crime and state which helps in analysing situations fairly. My leadership experience allows me to guide players, de-escalate conflicts and make quick but accurate decisions. I’m consistent active for long hours and always focused on maintaining healthy RP. I can communicate clearly, handle reports professionally and help players who are new or confused. Most importantly, I stay unbiased and rule-focused which is essential for any admin role.
6. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)
Yes I will sell my business as required.
7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?
None at the moment.
8. Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?
I love to increase the RP in situations in server and would give more time to the project.
