2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I have been in the city for a quite good time and have almost experienced every Leos in the state and have also been in NG as a Lt. General and as a DA of NG in DOJ so i think i have a good grasp that how every thing works and can lead this Army of the state to its fullest potential and can also give a bright future to every one who decides to follow my leader ship and trust me with there life i think i can come up to the goals and expectations i have set for my self as a General.
2.2 I want to lead this state of San Andreas and its youth to the future that up holds a better life for every one so to do that the core of the LEOS the National Guard should be the strongest and the most active org so that the tactical battels and the physical capabilities of all the LEOS be on par with the opponent they are facing because National Guard is the only or that provide physical and tactical training to all the Special forces of all the state orgs so that all the orgs can get a upper hand against crime and can bring good to the city. It can only be done by making NG active and ill try my best and to my fullest that i can make National Guard the most active org in the city.
2.3 National Guard in my point of view is not only there for providing candies and assisting others in there tasks but National Guard is all about a discipline of a solider and i think no one understand that discipline better than me because my father was the Air commander of the National Guard and he was the solider i knew form day one the day i controlled my conciseness till now i watched him closely and followed his foot steps and became a leading commissioned officer in the Army in a small age so the main reason i want to become the General of the National Guard is the emotional attachment towards it and a sense of duty i feel towards my state and as a Ex Solider and as a DOJ i think ill be best fit for the role of the General of the National Guard the Army of the State of San Andreas.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
3.1 Ill higher a good team of HR that will be personally selected by me so that the training my cadets receive will be topnotch and will make the solders more knowledgeable so that they can use their powers on its fullest and know there jurisdictions of powers well so that RP of us and other can be better.
3.2 Ill implement a merit system so that the favoritism inside the org will me minimum and can also be eliminated fully if the concept is used well the higher the merits the higher support you will get from the org which will encourage the other to join the org and those who are already there it will boost there moral so that they will contribute to there fullest in the org and NG will be high in activity because of this.
3.3 If a solder wants a leading position in Department or normally only merits will not do the work you also have to gain enough experience and knowledge of that field so that the mistakes you did in you bigger phase you can teach and warn you juniors to not do that again which comes for exp and if you want to lead any event or a spec ops you have to get a good grasp at tactics and strategy making which comes by getting a good knowledge and info gathering form the time of events that occurred so after fixing some ones promotion ill personally and my deputies will take there interview before assigning them ranks so that deserving persons will only get selected for that role and lead this org.
