Life Story:
Jackie was born in Stockholm. Her parents were very rich due to Jackie´s father invention he had made a couple of years ago. But when she turned 9 her life turned around, her father got addicted to gambling and soon he had gambled away all his money and stood in millions of dollars in debt. Her parents had to move from a nice and big apartment in the middle of Stockholm to a much smaller apartment. After moving to the new apartment Jackie started hanging around the wrong type of people and started selling drugs and stealing cars. She also learned how to manipulate people and how to use that skill in her daily life to get what she wanted from people. Just one year after they had moved in to the new apartment Jackie´s parents died due to a big shootout. She got placed in a adoption center and then Jackie got adopted my a american family that lived in Los Santos and spent the rest of her childhood there.
Career Story:
Jackie spent the later part of her childhood trying to figure out what she wanted to be when she was gonna grow up. She starting taking an interest for becoming a cop and when she was old enough she applied for the police academy. In the academy she got really high scores due to the reason that she knew how a criminal thinks and acts. When she graduated from the police academy she got to choose if she wanted to be apart of LSPD or SAHP and after some consideration she ended up choosing LSPD. She first started of as a rookie but with her dicipline and and experience from her earlier criminal life she managed to get TFO withing a couple of years. She then wanted to join the department Traffic Enforcement(TE). She did really well in that department and was later promoted to HOD of TE. Even though she had put her criminal life behind her she still missed it wich led her to start doing more and more corruption and broke many laws after awhile.
Outcomes:
1. Jackie can take bribes (up to $100,000).
2. Jackie can clean criminal backgrounds for money (up to $100k or weapons equivalent).
3. Jackie can pickpocket his 10-15.
4. Jackie can search for a bodycam (/try twice) and break it if found.
5. Jackie can lie, deny calling a lawyer, or refuse identification.
6. Jackie can take illegal items, guns, and ammo from his 10-15.
7. Jackie can intimidate or torture suspects on/off duty (no killing).
8. Jackie can arrest people on fake charges for revenge (within RP rules).
9. Jackie can engage in criminal acts, including kidnapping cops or 10-15 if needed.
