Hello,
I would like to clarify the situation regarding my ban. I did not refuse the PC check at any moment. When I was asked to add the admin on Discord, I responded immediately and informed him that I was opening Discord. However, my PC suddenly froze and became extremely slow, and I was experiencing serious connection issues — which is also the reason I got disconnected from the server.
I also want to explain that at that time I was only able to use Discord through my phone due to the connection problems on my PC. This made it very difficult for me to respond quickly, and because of these circumstances, I was not given enough time to follow the instructions. The time I was given was only around twenty seconds, which is not sufficient at all under such technical issues.
Additionally, this was my first time ever installing Redux, and I installed it on the same day I was banned. I did not know it was prohibited, and I never intended to break any server rules. I fully agreed to the PC check from the start and was completely willing to cooperate, but my technical issues prevented me from responding in time.
