Life Story :
Rogue Boruto was born in Bihar, India but his childhood never felt like a home. Their parents were strict, disciplined and less spoke to him. They cared more about their business then their own son. Boruto grew up quietly, learning early that he had to depend on himself. At the age of 13, has parents send him alone to Los Santos to live with distant relatives, claiming it was" better for has future. " But when he arrive no one came to pick him. He realise he had been abanded in a country he didn't understand. Boruto spent his first night in Los Santos sitting on a bench outside the terminal, watching people leave with families that actually cared for then.
The Next few months were the hardest part of their life. Boruto survived by doing small jobs, sleeping in abandoned buildings and learning the harsh reality of the city. He saw crime in a year then most people see in a lifetime. One rainy afternoon Boruto witness a robbery outside a 24/7 store. A police officer stop the crime, but was injured when process the suspect. Boruto helped him calling for backup and stop the suspect from escaping. The officer Aarul Nai was impressed by Rogue Boruto courage and calm nature.
Career Story :
At the age 20, Rogue Boruto Joined the LSPD, with the guidance of his teacher Aarul Nai, who was assigned as a Petrol Officer in Vinewood Los Santos. Boruto handled his responsibilities quietly but efficiently. He Become the officer people requested during risky operations because he never panic and always followed through. After getting experience he take transfer to SAHP to work on highway enforcement. Boruto easily handle checkpoints and dangerous suspects. Him professional behaviour earned him a promotion to Senior Trooper. But LSPD also exposed the darker side of the system. Boruto saw officer bending rules, hiding evidence, taking bribes and work with criminals. At first, he stayed away from this world, but he understood how it operated.
Out comes
1. Boruto can make criminals to drop their weapons or any illegal items so he can keep them for personal use and sell in black market ( Not Org Items Buy/Sell only Off-duty)
2. Boruto can refuse to show his ID to any civilian and other orgs Leo’s to hide identity for doing corruption.
3. Boruto can become a LEO Hostage and can get paid by the gangsters ($100k maximum)
4. Boruto can lie about requests for a lawyer.
5. Boruto can search and break bodycams. (/try 2 times per situation)
6. Boruto can initiate Jailbreaks using pen drives with viruses in exchange for money (100K maximum)
7. Boruto can let the gang members take the ammo truck in exchange of Bribe (Maximum 100k)
8. Boruto can rob/kill citizens in the ghetto, in secluded areas with the help his friends while off duty (Not against Leos + Only off duty & with compliance with server rules)
