1) Strong Criminal Background & Proven Leadership in Bloods
Ever since I joined this RP server, I always wanted to be part of the gangster lifestyle. I first joined Ballas to gain proper experience, learn gang mechanics, and understand how criminal organizations operate.
Currently, I am serving as an Under Deputy in Bloods, actively managing the gang and supporting leadership. I have devoted myself to this organization, and my activity level, involvement, and consistency make me confident that I can now take Bloods to the next level as its Leader.
2) Excellent Communication & Management Skills
I have strong communication, management, and decision-making skills, which I use in all major situations such as hostage scenarios, store robberies, and gang events.
Even as an Under Deputy, I already lead most events like a Leader making sure everything runs smoothly, members follow the rules, and no one creates trouble.
I handle situations calmly, motivate members to stay active, and maintain discipline within the organization. These qualities make me a suitable candidate for leadership.
3) Vision to Make Bloods the Most Dominant & Respected Gang
My main goal is to make Bloods the most feared, respected, and active gang in the city and the ghetto.

1) Clear Roles & Responsibilities
Every member will be properly trained to understand their roles during events and situations. This will reduce rule breaks and ensure the gang always performs smoothly and professionally.
2) Encourage Participation in All Events
I will motivate members to actively join events like FZ Raids, Battleships, Store Robberies, and Clandestine.
Active participation keeps the gang strong, respected, and visible across the city.
3) Reward Loyal & Active Members
To increase motivation, I will issue high bonuses to members who show loyalty, activity, and discipline. Rewarding hard-working members encourages others to stay active as well.
4) Improved Ranking & Recruitment System
I will implement a better ranking structure and recruit only well-known, experienced, and disciplined players. This will reduce rule breaks and increase the overall RP quality of the organization.
