If the full footage is requested, it will be clearly seen that the player with ID 83210 is actually the one violating GR 6.15. Yes, he gives a demand in the clip, but the place shown is our family house, and he is forcing us out of our own home and killing us. This is considered an invalid random demand, because our family house is a restricted private area where outsiders are not allowed. If the complete video is requested from the reporting player, this will become obvious.

However, in the video I provided below, the time is 22:23, and inside our own family house he first kills me (ID 88147), and then kills my friend (ID 88145) without any valid reason. At the start of the situation, the player with ID 83210 kills us without any reason, which is a clear case of RDM. Therefore, the player in question should be punished for RDM. Additionally, the person with ID 82310 is attempting to deceive the admin by uploading the part of the video that is in his favor. I believe he should receive a separate penalty for this.
