1.One of my primary motivations for seeking leadership of East Side Ballas is to foster a stronger sense of unity and camaraderie within our ranks system. I envision a gang where every member feels valued, heard, and empowered to contribute their unique skills and perspectives. By cultivating a culture of mutual respect and collaboration, we can maximize our collective potential and achieve unparalleled success in the East Side Ballas.
