- Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1. I want to make the gang active and improve it.When I first came to the city, most gangs were not active. I spent a lot of time on the gang side and learned how everything works. I noticed many things that can be improved, and I’m confident I can bring those changes. Right now, I’m Deputy in Ballas and we are one of the most active gangs because I put in full effort in stores, hostage situations, and daily RP. I want to bring the same energy to Bloods and make it even stronger.
2. I believe in fair ranks and a clean system.
I’ve seen many people getting ranks just because of favoritism, even when they don’t know the rules properly. Meanwhile, the people who actually deserve ranks stay low. I am completely against this. If I become leader, I will give ranks only to active, experienced, and rule-following members — no favoritism at all. Everyone will be treated equally, no power abuse, no toxicity.Because i am expressing myself this so i bring positive change.
3. I already lead events and know how to manage a gang properly.
Even as Deputy, I handle most events like a leader. I make sure everything runs smoothly, everyone follows the rules, and members stay motivated. I stay calm in situations and focus on discipline. My goal is to make Bloods one of the most feared and respected gangs in the city — active in events, store RPs, hostage setups, and ghetto presence. I will choose strong deputies so the gang always has support and guidance.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
→ I will make sure all members know their roles in every activity,and i slao set hte team who gona help those who dont know much then gang runs smoothly.
→ I will encourage all members to actively participate in gang events
→I will issue high bonuses to the loyal and active member of the gang so they will get motivate in joining events.
→I will introduce a better ranking system and recruit only well known players.
