I didn’t know the game and its rules before, but now I have learned them and I truly regret what I did. As this was my first mistake, I would like to benefit from active remorse. I kindly ask for your forgiveness. It will not happen again, sir. With all due respect, is there any chance you could lift my ban? This was my first mistake and it will not happen again.
