During store robbery shootout, you can see that the Sinaloa family not only was reviving players while inside the mall during a gunfight, but also power gaming by reviving a player outside the building on the catwalk, while they were inside the building.

I also do not understand why my bullets fail to go through the glass doors, unless the mall has bulletproof doors?!

They will not be punished for Gen 6.6 as there was no gunfight going on while they were healing and from your pov it is not clear if it was going on when they started healing.​
