I am the person being reported (88147). I'm opening this request because the person with ID 82310 filed a complaint against me. I don't blame him for filing a complaint, it's his right. However, I want him punished for filing a complaint to deceive the admin. Looking at the thread on Proof, he added three POVs and uploaded them to his advantage. When I pointed out his mistakes in the POV, he realized he would be punished, so he shut down the forum. However, for days, he's filed complaints about this issue in four forums (for the same topic) and spammed the forum. He slandered me and my friend. I demand he be punished. It's clear that he committed the crimes of "PG, MG, GR 3.1, Provoking, and RDM" in the three POVs he posted. I filed one complaint against him, and he was punished. He tried every possible way to get back at me. The evidence is all there for you to review. Also, after closing his complaints on the forum yesterday, he committed familial swearing against me on Discord that would fall under "GR 3.2" and insulted my religion and god. You can reach him from the link he posted as his Discord "Approved - GZ 1.3 GR 6.15 | 88145". It is unacceptable for him to provoke us and insult us regarding family and religion both in and outside of the game. When you look at his previous complaints, he always provokes others and makes them swear at him or kill them. Then he reports them and gets them punished. Do you think it is ethical for a user like him to harass people in a big game like GrandRP and alienate people from the game? I demand that the person with id 82310 be punished for these crimes.

"First POV": What does it say on the screen when the POV starts? "Player 88147 refused to raise hands." He points a gun at me before starting the recording. You can see the provoking party in the POV. However, to deceive the admin, he doesn't show the area where he will be punished in the POV.
"second pov": When we look at the pov of the video, at time 00:30, the microphone presses the button and says "See you on the forum, no problem bro." Here, 82310 is already making "mg". He should get a "mg" penalty. Secondly, at 00:34, the person with id 88145 asks a question "what is forum" and the person with id 82310 goes up to him and pretends that he is disabled. 82310 makes "ooc" and makes fun of his speech, presenting him as if he is disabled. He should get a "GR 3.1" penalty for this part. At 01:48, the person with id 120067 calls 88145 my brother and breaks the "GR 3.2" rule. 120067 should also get a "GR 3.2" penalty. If the Turkish admin checks it, they will understand what happened.
"Third POV": As you can see in the video, while I'm waiting motionless in my car, he climbs on top of my car and tries to provoke me. Everything is visible in the video. When the Turkish admin watches it, they'll understand what happened. He should be penalized for "provoking" for this pov, too.
The admin's own crimes are evident in his own videos. He's both provoking and trying to deceive the admin by making them watch incomplete POVs. I demand whatever punishment he receives. He already speaks Turkish in all of his videos. As far as I know, since we play on the UK server, speaking any other language is prohibited.
The links I provided are POVs shared by 82310 from his own YouTube account. I downloaded all YouTube videos in case he hides them. If he does, I will upload them to my own YouTube channel and share the links if necessary.

He also insulted me about family and religion through the titles of videos he uploaded to Discord and YouTube. All of this is evidenced, and I want 82310 to receive the necessary punishment.
