1- i was leader fib for 3 terms i want more experience in other orgs.
2- i see most of people Do not complete the term in NG so i want to help the other orgs and the city with NG job .
3- i want to make this term of National Guard best term with good activity from 10:00 - 00:00 to subs time.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

I think we should set simpleand clear RP rules so everyone know how to act in different situtions , also doing light training from time to time on important RP scenarios like stops , searches , and dealing civilans with help a lot .
and finally encrouraging members who show good RP will motivate the whole team to improve .
