GR 6.15 is not applicable to bounty hunting but the admin punished me without checking the situation properly.
You can see in my POV that I have bounty order on 225100 and he had the bounty icon on top of his head and was sent straight to jail after I killed him but I was forced to spend 180 minutes in demorgen despite there being no rulebreak.
If anything, 225100 should be punished for running inside office building during a gunfight. And the admin for punishing without checking all sides of the report. 3 hours of my time was wasted for this.
