My ban is finished i cant enter the game there is still 1 day saying please check its finished

My ban time has already finished, but it still shows 1 day remaining. I was told that it will not update until the server resets, and I am not able to access the game because of this. I am complaining about this issue and kindly request that you fix it manually, because my ban is already over.
