Ban Time Ended but Still Showing 1 Day – Request Fix

My ban time has already finished, but it still shows 1 day remaining. I was told that it will not update until the server resets, and I am not able to access the game because of this. I am complaining about this issue and kindly request that you fix it manually, because my ban is already over.İ dont want to loose my house i get the f punishment and geting more that i already finished the punihment WHY DO İ NEED TO WAİT FORE SERVER RESTARTİNG?????????????????????????????????????
