According to the official GR 3.1 rules, the maximum punishment is a 180-minute mute or a ban of up to 7 days.
However, I received a 14-day ban, which does not match the official rule description.my 14-day ban has already ended, but it still shows 1 day remaining and I cannot join the game. You said I should wait for the server reset. I just want to confirm if the reset will remove the remaining 1 day so I can enter the game normally. Thank you.
