At 0:34, the player with ID 502019 committed Powergaming by getting into a vehicle while being handcuffed. Before that, he was wearing an illegal vest, so I gave him a lawful demand to step out. He ignored the demand, so I tazed him and placed him in cuffs.
After cuffing, he forced himself into the car, which is clear Powergaming.


At 3:40, he committed CL / Fail RP. I Took him to the SAHP HQ for safety and began checking his information. While still cuffed, he suddenly went offline.
I did not receive any system message such as “Offender got punishment,” meaning he logged out intentionally to avoid RP.
