That guy hit my vehicle and i started to chase him, i asked him to fix my vehicle but he didn't listen and kept on ramming my vehicle. The other guy id:505232 also joined him for no reason.

insufficient evidence of the person hit your vehicle first , as you directly went to the trucker stopping them and No person is ramming your vehicle you were just going in middle of drive and harassing them.
