After 500 days since my ban, I'm writing to respectfully request a review of my permanent ban and to kindly ask for either an unban or a reduction of the punishment to a temporary suspension.
-As for the admin disrespect I would like to clarify the situation that led to my ban. While playing on the server, I encountered a police checkpoint blocking the highway. Since my character roleplays as a criminal, I believed that avoiding the checkpoint by briefly going off-road was an appropriate in-character decision. I did not intend to break any rules or engage in UB driving. Shortly after taking the off-road path, Admin Jessica Odds appeared and jailed me. I was genuinely confused about what rule I had violated, as I did not think my action fell under UB driving.
In my confusion and frustration, I submitted a request to understand the situation better and to ask for clarification. Unfortunately, I allowed my emotions to get the better of me, and I said things that were disrespectful. I fully acknowledge that this behavior was unacceptable. Regardless of the situation, I should have remained calm and respectful toward the administration team. I sincerely apologize to Admin Jessica and to the rest of the staff.
-Regarding G.R1.4, I want to be honest — at the time of the situation, I was unaware that my action fell under this rule. It wasn’t intentional, and I now understand it clearly.
I kindly ask you to reconsider the permanent ban and allow me a second chance. If full unbanning isn’t possible, I would be deeply grateful if the punishment could at least be reduced to a temporary ban (such as 30 days), so I can return after serving the consequences.
Thank you for taking the time to read my appeal. I genuinely appreciate your work and your consideration.
