1. Why are you interested in assuming the Assistant Admin position?
As I am at the stage where it would seem that the Assistant Admin position would be an ideal next step in my RolePlay journey, I feel that this is an opportune time to step up and take on greater Responsibilities.Having spent so much of my time within the city and having participated in many different systems, I believe that I have gained a wealth of knowledge regarding how the various components work together, both from an external view and from within the system itself. The exposure to all of the various situations, roles, and scenarios I’ve been a part of over the years has equipped me with the ability to make sound decisions, be patient, and look at the RolePlay environment with a more thorough perspective.Now that I am in the position where I can contribute beyond merely playing the Role of participant, I want to be a part of the supporting team behind the scenes who will assist the city in its operations by providing their assistance in a fair, responsible, and effective manner. I am confident that the information/resources I have gathered while participating in the state can assist and guide new players, as they are finding their way through the system. It is my hope to help create a better experience for newcomers while I am expanding and developing my own knowledge of the RolePlay environment.

3. What are your strengths?
I am good with my Languages that I speak
I am a good listener, which helps me to understand the situation they are facing, and I can help them
I am a team worker, which helps me to learn new things and how some situations should be handled
I never get provoked or get angry that easily, so it helps me handle most of the situations calmly and mindfully
4. What are your weaknesses?
My biggest weakness is my family and friends
I trust people so fast that most of the time it ends up in bad
Sometimes my emotions kick in and it will affect my efficiency at work, but I am working on it, and it is controlled now
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team by Being Assistant ?
The main thing I can bring to the admin team is my knowledge about gaming, as I worked very closely with some good gaming companies
The 2nd thing is my time, as I said before in the application, I will be spending around 10 to 12 hours in the city, so i will be there to help other admins or players whenever they need me
7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?

In addition to my experience in RolePlay, my dedication to the RolePlay Community as both Admins & members alike lies upon Responsibility & Fairness in everything that I do as an Admin. As an Admin I understand that it is my responsibility to lead by example, remain calm when things are at their most intense and provide objective judgement. I also know there are always opportunities to learn & develop as an Admin and therefore am open to all opportunities to grow & develop myself as well as my Admin skills on behalf of our community members & Admins who are trying to make their community a better place! Overall, my aim as an Admin will be to lighten the load on our established Main Admins; provide assistance to new players as they enter our community; establish and maintain a safe and fun environment for ALL community members to enjoy!
