Dear Curator,
I am writing to respectfully request a final review of my ban under rule 4.1 – Cheating.
My previous unban appeal was rejected because I acknowledged to the admin that I had a Redux installed which displayed my HP percentage in the lower left corner. I understand how this looked, but the situation has been misunderstood, and I would like to explain it fully and clearly.
First of all, I want to state that I never had the intention of using this HP-percentage Redux to gain any advantage, nor did I use it in any events, shootouts, or RP situations. I had installed the Redux only minutes before contacting the admin, and the reason I called the admin was precisely to ask if it was allowed or not before using it.
My entire intention was transparency and rule compliance.
Here is what actually happened:
I fully understand and respect the rules. But being banned under the same category as people who intentionally cheat every day when I was the one who voluntarily called the admin to verify the legality feels extremely unfair.
If I truly intended to cheat, I would never:
I was simply trying to avoid breaking any rules and wanted confirmation before continuing to play.
I kindly ask you to reconsider my situation and give me a chance to show the evidence I was never allowed to present. I take the rules seriously, and I care deeply about playing on GrandRP in a fair and honest way.
Thank you very much for taking the time to review my case.
I hope for your understanding and fairness in this matter.
Respectfully,
Burak

First of all, I want to state that I never had the intention of using this HP-percentage Redux to gain any advantage, nor did I use it in any events, shootouts, or RP situations. I had installed the Redux only minutes before contacting the admin, and the reason I called the admin was precisely to ask if it was allowed or not before using it.
My entire intention was transparency and rule compliance.
Here is what actually happened:
- I installed the Redux shortly before contacting the admin, because I was testing a new graphic setup.
- As soon as I noticed the HP % display, I became unsure whether it was allowed on GrandRP.
- Instead of hiding it or continuing to play, I immediately called an admin myself, fully voluntarily, to ask if it was permitted.
- I even offered to go to Discord screenshare so an admin could check everything and tell me which parts of the Redux are allowed and which are not.
- I also informed the admin that I planned to remove the HP percentage display entirely.
- I explicitly told the admin that they could PC-check me at any time.
- I have clips from the previous days showing that I was using a completely different Redux before this test.
- My PC also shows the exact installation time of the Redux, which proves it was installed only shortly before I asked the admin.
- Unfortunately, I was never given a chance to show any of this evidence, nor was I POV-checked or PC-checked.
- Instead, I was banned 10 minutes later, even though my intention was simply to ask and get clarity.
I fully understand and respect the rules. But being banned under the same category as people who intentionally cheat every day when I was the one who voluntarily called the admin to verify the legality feels extremely unfair.
If I truly intended to cheat, I would never:
- install a mod and immediately call an admin myself,
- offer a full PC check,
- offer to screenshare everything in Discord,
- clearly explain that I want to modify or remove the HP % part.
