[Celestial Storm]

I want this person to be punished for killing me and sending me to the hospital. He may have been punished on another forum, but the rules violations he made on that forum, along with the rules violations committed on my forum, were also committed against other people. This person killed us countless times there, and all he got for that was three hours of Demorgan and a warning. So, is it okay for him to kill me just because he was punished on another forum?
