Arrest me while fishing , asking for passort and i give , he check me and found nothing and come up with illegal fishing zone .

Then put me inside the cell compile a fines but refuse to complete the process cause he though i was sleeping, while i was chatting with Admin to explain the situation.
Admin told me he told me he wasnt in the place ,He left me there for a few minute before admin show up.
