Life Story
Jack was born in Birmingham and was raised in a strict but hardworking British household. His parents owned a small logistics company that constantly struggled to stay afloat and from a young age Jack learned two things, people in power make the rules and everyone else follows them. While other kids dreamed of football careers or fast cars, Jack dreamed of wearing a uniform.. not for the honor, but for the authority.
At age 18, Jack moved to Los Santos in hopes of leaving his familys debts and problems behind. He applied to the police academy multiple times and each time being told he “lacked experience” or that the class was “already full” behind the scenes, they demanded quiet “donations.” Jack refused. That refusal earned him a reputation as “difficult” and soon every application he made mysteriously vanished.
Broke, alone and angry Jack fell in with a small time criminal gang. At first he just drove cars for them. Then came the money pickups, the silent drops and things he promised hed never do. He wasnt proud of it but he learned quickly how criminals think, how they move, and most importantly how they hide.
One night, Jacks apartment was raided by officers claiming he was involved in a burglary ring. The charges were fabricated and the officers demanded cash to “make the situation disappear.” Jack paid. They took the money and then they arrested him anyway. After months fighting the case, he walked free but the experience left a mark. Jack learned an important lesson, corruption isnt rare. It’s common… and it’s profitable.
When a new administration took over the academy, Jack finally slipped through the cracks and was accepted. With more discipline and a much colder outlook on the world, he passed every test with ease.
He didnt join the law to fix the system.
He joined because he learned how the system really works.
Career Story
Jack began his law enforcement career with the San Andreas Highway Patrol, entering the academy with a sharp mind and a clean record. Unlike many cadets who were overwhelmed by the strict structure and military style discipline, Jack had no issue. He kept his head down and memorized protocols faster than anyone else.
Once he graduated, Jack spent years patrolling the highways, working long shifts and responding to some of the most dangerous calls in the state. His calmness under pressure and ability to think tactically caught the attention of multiple supervisors and over time Jack rose through the ranks until he eventually reached Chief of Staff which is one of the most trusted and influential positions in the entire org.
As Chief of Staff, Jack oversaw internal operations and reviewed confidential cases and maintained direct access to the command team. With this power came opportunities most officers never saw… and temptations that were even harder to ignore.
But Jack had ambitions that stretched past the highways.
After proving himself in SAHP, Jack transferred to the Los Santos Police Department a busier and more chaotic environment where reputation meant everything and only the sharpest officers survived.
His rise through the LSPD was slow but unstoppable. He ran divisions, trained new officers and handled high-stakes investigations. Eventually, after years of service Jack achieved one of the highest honors the department could offer.. Deputy Chief of Police.
From SAHP to LSPD, Jack’s journey was built on discipline, intelligence, and a flawless public image. But behind that image is a man who has learned exactly how the system works and how to use it when necessary.
