Mass VDM (edit: I just realized, CR as well, but can't change the title anymore), I also drove by 3 unconscious people who were surely vdm-ed by this guy, one of them I revived and she said that she was VDM-ed by him. I got 2 videos of this guy VDM-ing the first one shows me going unconscious the other one shows someone else, but I was also involved.
Later he also shot into a GZ, but I couldn't record his ID in this video, so I will not be uploading that since it doesn't proof anything.
