In POV 1 at timestamp 0:41 you can see he does earrape and toxicity after killing me
In POV 2 at timestamp 0:33 and 0:38 he's being toxic after killing me
In POV 3 at timestamp 0:54 he's making provocative noises to be toxic after killing me
In POV 4 at timestamp 0:53 even when there's a fight right next to him, he prefers making noises to be toxic after killing me
Please note there's already a forum on him by me and the topic also includes toxicity but those situations are different than these, those happened before this and since then there are no changes/improvements in attitude from the player, this person is continuously making noises and provoking/ being toxic after killing in events, please take strict actions.

Targeting and MG can be seen in the 1st video at timestamp 0:16 ID 337597 walks up to me and starts calling me by my name "Bam" (I had mask on he used OOC ID in IC to do MG) and continuously keeps following and asking me "how are you" which in this case was purely provocative since just 5-10...
