Life Story:
Ricky Banks grew up in the lanes of Mumbai where chaos was just part of life and every day felt like a fight to stay standing. His dad was always drunk and use to hit his mother and one day he just left the house and never came again. After that Ricky had no one to support him and his mom and brother. He saw his friends die over stupid street fights and small grudges. Then one day gang took his brother and that hit him harder than anything. Something inside him just cracked. Whatever softness he had was gone and he realised the world only respects people strong enough to push back and survive.
Career Story:
When Ricky joined SAHP it had nothing to do with saving the city. He only wanted the badge because he knew it would give him power and let him do things without anyone questioning him. Once he had that uniform he started pulling people into his own circle doing shady deals making quiet promises and using blackmail whenever he needed. He fooled his coworkers took money from whoever offered leaked things for his benefit and shut down anyone who tried to stand in his way. He jumped into the drug game and made serious money while his influence spread everywhere. To the public he looked like some loyal officer but the ones who really knew him stayed scared of him. His badge turned into his safety and his weapon while he built his empire in the dark all for one goal to control the whole city through fear.
Outcomes:
1. Ricky Banks can plant drugs and/ or put illegal items on 10-15 to arrest them (using /me and with proper RP reason)
2. Ricky Banks can refuse to show his ID to protect his identity and maintain privacy.
3. Ricky Banks can take bribes (up to 100k and request guns ammo or other illegal items as bribes.)
