Life Story:
Samuel Marthagr was born in a rich family and had a successful business until one a his family business was taken over by a gang and his parents were killed by the gangsters and he was thrown into the streets of Los Santos. At age of 10 he was homeless and was doing odd gigs to survive, to pay for food and clothes he even did shady work for people to survive in this city. He not only fight for live but also for survival in the city of Los Santos He always want to take revenge from gangsters and he got a chance to do that as he saw that recruitments for FIB's deep undercover.
Career Story:
Samuel joined FIB as deep undercover and soon with his dedication and hard work he climb ladders within the organisation and become a respectable member of the FIB. And due to his influence he managed to take revenge and wipe that gangsters and put them in prison but soon he realised those people who were supposed to be in prison are roaming freely and living as they are innocent and then he gets to know about the corrupt agents within the organisation and he decided to expose them but instead of doing that he also joined those corrupt agents as he was not getting money but also the power that he craves.
Outcomes
1. Samuel can lie/ deny a lawyer or any request made by 10-15 and arrest him without reading his Miranda rights
2. Samuel can become hostage and ask for 100k
3 .Samuel Can Refuse to show ID to any Citizens/10-15 or any LEO to hide his corruption activity.
4. Samuel can torture/interrogate for information and use truth serum (/try uses truth serum twice per situation).
5. Samuel can take bribes (up to 100k and ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as bribe).
6. Samuel can search suspects and 10-15 for their bodycams and destroy them (/try 2 tries per situation and /do to break).
7. Samuel can put Illegal items in 10-15's or citizens pockets / backpacks to get them arrested ( With proper RP and IC Reasons ).
8. Samuel can remove or change suspects prison sentence and give less or more fines.
9. Samuel is able to use illegal weapons such as painted weapons, XXX weapons , heavy Snipers and can consume drugs while on/off duty
