1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP life?
I have more than 2 years of experience in Grand RP and have been part of both state and crime organizations during this time. This experience has helped me gain a strong understanding of server rules, roleplay situations, and server events. After spending a long time in RP, I now want to help new players by guiding them properly and explaining rules when required.
I am also interested in experiencing the administrative side of the server and contributing to maintaining fair and quality roleplay. Throughout my RP journey, I have faced different situations and challenges, which helps me understand player issues better and handle them calmly.
2. What are your strengths?
I have good communication skills and stay calm in difficult situations. I am a fast learner and adapt quickly to new responsibilities. I always listen to both sides before making any decision. I can manage groups of players without creating unnecessary conflicts.
3. What are your weaknesses?
I sometimes have trust issues, but I make sure decisions are on server rules.
4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I am very active and respond quickly. I have solid knowledge of both state and crime roleplay. I can handle multiple tasks at the same time. I am able to explain rules clearly and deal with players in a respectful manner.
