Hello, we created a topic on the forum for this incident that happened yesterday, but the admin Rio Santiago said "I think this was a mistake, I will tell the player to watch it the next time" and rejected the topic. I don't know if it was really accidental or not, all I know is that they came and did toxic us before this thing happened. (So we dont believe that was an accident.) Even if it was by mistake, he killed many of our family members when there is only 5 minutes to the start of business war. Whether it was by mistake or not we think this should not be enough to forgive this such a big mistake.

Hey There, Sorry you feel this way, I have denied this simply because u can see he is landing and gets stuck on a fence, that is invisible in your POV, Also i would like to mention that if they were toxic please also upload that POV in next time it can change my decision, Thats what i wanted to say!​
