1. Why do you want to become an Assistant admin ?
I wanna become an assistant admin so i can eventually transition into becoming an admin, i believe in learning everything the right way, i am very open to learning and i have no ego barriers, being an admin assistant will give me the right tools and knowledge which is exactly what i seek from this role.
2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime/State/Leader of Unofficial)
SAHP- Probie to trooper 3
NG- Colonel
FIB: Junior agent to elite agent 3
Bloods: Rank 2 to rank 9
GOV: USSS commander, Deputy warden, Warden, Cos USSS and currently Vice Governor
3. What are your strengths?
Great communication and leadership, i am a leader IRL so i try to bring my work traits to the city. I am very upfront with people about situation and i am not shy at all, super extroverted, i have no ego in approaching people if i am in the wrong. I am calm and composed in stressful situations as well.
4. What are your weaknesses?
Weaknesses are time management, i try to be as organized as i can but i struggle with time management the most in my life. I am also very talkative so sometimes that can be seen as a weakness
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team by Being Assistant ?
I bring tons of leadership skills plus communication, i feel like i am very patient in my approach with people, i like helping new players learn the city i go out of my way as well if needed. I have collected considerable org/gang experience since i have the joined the city but i truly see my self as an admin at some point. I have never rank chased to join an org i feel like i have earned every single rank in the city based on dedication and time, i believe in giving all my energy into where i am and i am super loyal towards it.
7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?
Just Christmas holidays for now, i do own a powerful laptop and a PC so even if i am away on a vacation i tend to take my laptop with me so i can stay active and do my basic duties.
8. Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?
I am passionate about the city and i wanna help in any way i can, i have never had a single warning since my time in the city and i have always been respectful towards people and specially admins. I feel like i am ready to take this next leap ICLY, Thank you.
