I have been playing for a long time, and today I found out that my account has been banned The reason shown is that I have multiple accounts and that my account was accessed from another PC I want to clarify that this is not true I only have two accounts and I have never created a third one

My account IDs are:
• 68767 (main account)
• 106137 (second account)

Recently my account was hacked, and after that I formatted my computer. When I tried to log in again I was surprised to see that I was banned I believe this issue is related to the hack

Please review my case I am sure this is a mistake and I kindly ask for your help in removing the ban Thank you for your understanding
